ABOUT THE SALON
At Cuts & Clobber we are dedicated to making your experience in the salon as enjoyable as possible. Each child that settles in for a haircut can choose from a range of cars, a motorbike or grown-up chairs with their own personal tablet complete with Disney+. For the older children we also have an Xbox and all haircuts end with a sweet treat.
At Cuts & Clobber we offer services for the whole family including ‘mum + tot’ and ‘dad + tot’ packages, colours, wash cut and blow-dries. You are welcome to bring your little one with you; they can enjoy the use of a tablet and play with toys while you get your own hair styled. We understand how hard it can be to get your own hair done with a little one in tow!
We also offer festival braids (braids which have coloured hair added to them which are amazing during the summer) Dutch plaits, French plaits as well as other haircuts for both adults and children. If you would like to learn how to do different plaits yourself and some easy hairstyles for school, we offer both daytime and evening masterclasses so please check out our events page for upcoming dates.
All little girls’ haircuts are finished with pretty plaits, bows and glitter spray!! Of course any little boy can also enjoy glitter and temporary hair colours.
Our ‘first hair cut’ package is very popular and such a beautiful keepsake; we offer a certificate with a picture and lock of hair (we also keep extra locks for parents). We have a lovely foliage and neon sign as a back drop to capture your little one’s cheeky smile.
We understand that not all children enjoy haircuts, and we will do whatever it takes to help you and your child feel more at ease. Whether that is booking extra stylists to help, doing your little one’s hair on your lap (we will even cut hair in the play area if necessary) or simply laying on the floor we will go with whatever works.
